The monthly credits included in your plan reset every cycle (no carry-over). Credits you buy in packs never expire. When you run a job, we consume monthly credits first, then purchased ones.

Nothing is locked and no running job is interrupted. When your balance isn't enough to start a new job, we simply offer a top-up. The rest of the portal stays fully available.

The working portal is complete in Base. The option ($49/mo, flat rate) adds public-tender watch across the covered countries — today Colombia, with Brazil, the United States, Mexico and Peru being integrated —, a premium partner badge with featured operator page, and the client-request marketplace (coming soon).

Yes — every subscription (the Base and the «Public tender watch» option) starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter your card at sign-up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends; your first payment is taken on day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed. During the trial you get full access, including your monthly credits. One-off purchases (reports, credit packs) are not subscriptions and have no trial.

In two steps, and the first one is free. ① You create your account on the sign-up page: email, password, country where you operate. That account is free and needs no card — it gives you your listing in the pilot directory and a place for your documents (we check your licence before publishing the listing). ② When you want the tools, you open the plan from your workspace: your card is asked on Stripe's secure payment page, the trial lasts 14 days, nothing is charged before it ends, and you cancel in one click. If you already had a client account with us, it is the SAME account that switches to the plan: your requests and reports stay where they are.
