Infrastructure inspection
A visual inspection built around your structure and protocol
This mission is for assets that do not match a specialist catalogue category. It does not replace the roof, tower, bridge, power-line or pipeline pages; it starts from the client's protocol and produces a specific visual record.
Defining what must be seen
Before flight, the parties define components, faces, levels, checkpoints and required angles. The client provides naming, known condition, intended image use and whether the campaign must be repeated. Safe distance, expected resolution and prohibited views are also agreed.
Capture may combine overviews, orbits, linear sequences and details. An image is useful only when it can be located later, so naming, order and links to plans or coordinates are part of the design.

DataTerra does not automatically declare defects, criticality or compliance. It documents visible condition against the protocol. The asset specialist interprets signs, specifies tests and decides maintenance. Where a specialist vertical exists, its protocol should be used instead of this general mission.

When should this service be selected?▸
When the asset does not fit an existing vertical and the client can describe components, views and the expected decision.
Can photographs be repeated?▸
A repeatable protocol can be designed, although position, light, surroundings and restrictions may change between campaigns.
Does the report identify defects automatically?▸
No. It organizes visible observations; technical classification remains with the responsible specialist.
A mission-specific quote
Each mission uses only the methods required by its goal. GCPs, thermal or multispectral cameras, 3D models and reports are included when relevant and confirmed in the quote. RTK is mentioned only when its availability is confirmed explicitly. Submitting the request does not trigger a charge; DataTerra replies with a proposal.
Coverage and feasibility
Operations are available in Mexico and Colombia depending on location and operator availability. Airspace, site permission, access, weather, risk and required equipment are checked before confirmation.
